• Tracking information via the United States Postal Service will be transmitted to the email address you provided when placing your order/s. Once your order has shipped, we do not issue refunds.

• There is no guarantee on the consistency of the clay, which changes each batch and time it is dug from the ground. It can be soft, hard, crisp, bitter, mild, white, beige, sandy smooth, sour, creamy, crunchy, hard, earth, etc... So please dont purchase if the no refund policy is not agreeable to you.

• International Buyers Outside The United States Please Note: The customs form will identify the shipment as chalk or clay. Unfortunately, there is no tracking on international packages once they leave the US.

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs could be before bidding or buying.
