Tracking information via the United States Postal Service will be transmitted to the email address that you provided regarding your order/s. Once it has been verified that your package has been delivered we do not issue refunds.

There is no gurantee on taste and consisteny of the clay whih changes on eah batch and each time it is dug from the ground. It can be soft, hard, crisp, bitter, mild, white, beighe, sandy smooth, sour, creamy, crunchy, hard, earth etc.... Please dont buy if you dont understand the no refund policy!!

International Buyers Outside The United States Please Note: The customs form will identify the shipment as chalk. There is no tracking available on International packages once they leave the US.
